At Magic Touch Car Wash, we strive to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your car wash or encounter any issues with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Single Car Wash Services

If you are not satisfied with your wash, please let us know within 24 hours of service completion. We will gladly offer:

  • A re-wash at no additional charge, OR
  • A full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 4 to 5 working day

To request a refund or re-wash, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, transaction ID)
  • Date and time of service
  • Reason for the dissatisfaction
2. Monthly Memberships

You may cancel your membership at any time. However:

  • Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused services.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

3. Detailing Services / Special Packages

Due to the time and labor involved, detailing and special services are non-refundable once the service has begun. However, if there is an issue with the quality of service:

  • Please report the issue within 24 hours
  • We will work with you to correct the issue or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation
4. Changes to This Policy

Magic Touch Car Wash reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
