Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Magic Touch Car Wash, we are committed to providing excellent service and complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please review the following policy.

1. Single Car Wash Services

If you are not satisfied with your wash, please inform us within 24 hours of service completion. We will gladly offer:

  • A re-wash at no additional charge, OR
  • A full refund to the original payment method

Refund Credit Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 4 to 5 working days and credited to your original payment account.

To request a refund or re-wash, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, transaction ID)
  • Date and time of service
  • Reason for dissatisfaction
2. Monthly Memberships

You may cancel your membership at any time. However:

  • Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused services.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

3. Detailing Services / Special Packages

Due to the time and labor involved, detailing and special services are non-refundable once the service has begun. However, if you experience any service issues:

  • Please report the issue within 24 hours
  • We will work with you to correct the issue or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation
4. Changes to This Policy

Magic Touch Car Wash reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
